Yoga Mat

ONLINE CLASS

Live yoga via zoom, from the comfort of your own home

My Online Class is a much-needed break from the stress and speed of everyday life. Grab a mat and relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centered and renewed.
Book one on one or group online classes via zoom from the comfort of your home or own space.
Online sessions range form 30 mins to 1 hour, and can be a one or multiple course class. Get in touch to discuss what type of class you would like to take.

GROUP SESSION

Small or large group classes in studio, office or outdoors

By bringing yoga directly to you, this class will be uniquely tailored to your needs and schedule. My Group Session integrates yoga poses (asanas) and breathwork as part of my holistic technique.
Awaken and align your body through this group session. This is wonderful class for groups of friends, colleagues and family to practice together and create a positive energy.
There is no minimum commitment required, although I recommend at least 6-8 sessions to truly feel the benefits of yoga.

PRIVATE SESSION

1-2-1  ⁠Bespoke classes to suit individuals

The Private Session allows you to dive deeper into yoga practice. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you reconnect and rejuvenate your body.

OFFICE/ WORK BASED YOGA

Gentle stretch yoga sessions to work around your office hours

Take a little time from your work either in the mornings, lunchtime or after hours to practice yoga. de-stress and work into those stiff muscles. Feel the benefits of yoga in your everyday work life.
